Local residents, city officials, and visitors to the Florida Keys came to check out Marathon's (http://marlinbay-keys.com/flKeysLifeStyle/location.php) newest luxury marina community, spotlighting the opening of Marlin Bay Yacht Club's first model home.

Attendees were guided through an extensive tour of the recently completed model home and phase one of the community. With its 180 degree sunset views, the model home is the first completed residence of phase one, which includes thirteen homes, the marina, Sunset Point observation tower, Dock Master's Building and a 7,600-square-foot clubhouse and pool pavilion.
