OCEAN Independence Sells 85M Motor Yacht Annaliesse

(PRWeb) February 28, 2007 -- International yachting company OCEAN Independence is proud to announce the sale of 85m motor yacht Annaliesse, one of the world's largest yachts. Brokered by Peter Hurzeler, the company's Zurich-based CEO, this marks the sixth sale completed by this busy company for 2007, and comes as a result of a strong team effort within the group. OCEAN Independence represents clients for the sale, purchase, charter, new construction and management of luxury private yachts through their ten offices in Zurich, Antibes, Dusseldorf, Fort Lauderdale, Geneva, Monaco, Mallorca, St Tropez, Uster and the United Kingdom.

Having been a very successful charter yacht since her launch in 2004, Annaliesse accommodates up to 36 guests in absolute opulence, with a one-on-one crew to guest ratio. The 110m2 master suite takes up the entire upper deck, while the VIP stateroom is located on the bridge deck, and the ten guest staterooms (six doubles and four twins) are housed at main deck level. Beyond this a further five guest cabins are situated elsewhere, one of which is connected to the master suite. Guests are certainly treated to every comfort, with an on-board health and beauty centre featuring a marble-faced Roman bath, saunas, steam rooms, cold plunge pools, Jacuzzis, a beauty salon with Cleopatra baths, Thalasso therapy beds and massage facilities. Her gymnasium is fully equipped with a treadmill, rowing machine, weights and a cycling machine. Other facilities include a cinema, library, business centre, creche, a Jacuzzi on the Sun deck, four large tenders, two of which are capable of 30 knot speeds and a heli-pad.
